Delivery

Our items are printed by hand and made to order. Processing time is currently 3 working days (and our Christmas Elves are working super hard to get your items out even faster. Items are then be posted either Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48.

Small items: £3.50 / £4.50

Larger items (e.g storage baskets): £4.99 / £5.90

Orders over £75 qualify for free (Tracked 48) delivery.

 

Returns 

It is not possible to refund any personalised items.

If you are not satisfied with your item for any reason and would like a refund please email: wonderingkind@mail.com

It is the buyers responsibility to post the items for return, along with a note containing the order number and proof of postage. Items must be unworn and in saleable condition. Once the item has been received a refund (minus original postage costs) will be administered.
